Hi, I’m kelly-anne evans and im a mental health and wellness coach

As you will come to know, I am passionate about helping others find balance, strength, and healing. My journey into coaching began in 2021, after facing my own battle with anxiety and panic attacks. It’s a journey that was born from personal struggle, but it’s also the path that saved me.

For over 20 years, I served as a Nursing Officer in the Army. My career was dedicated to caring for others, often in high-stress and demanding environments. I thrived in that world—managing chaos and providing care in some of the most challenging circumstances. I learned a lot about resilience, but life had its own lessons in store for me.

In 2017, everything changed. I was in a serious car accident with my children. We survived, but the emotional aftermath triggered a spiral of anxiety, panic attacks, and overwhelming stress. What followed was four years of what I can only describe as hell. Panic attacks took over my life, and the anxiety that followed made it difficult to function day-to-day. Despite my training and experience as a nurse, I felt powerless.

It was during this time that I realised how critical mental health care truly is. I reached out for help but found that many solutions didn’t work for me. It wasn’t until I discovered coaching that things began to change. Through a mix of therapy, coaching, and self-exploration, I was able to heal. Coaching, in particular, allowed me to reconnect with myself, my strengths, and my sense of purpose.

In 2021, I decided to become a certified Mental Health and Wellness Coach, combining my background in nursing with my personal experiences. My mission now is to support others on their own journeys—whether they’re dealing with anxiety, stress, panic, or just feeling lost in the chaos of life. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a cycle of anxiety, and I know firsthand that healing is possible.

I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. My military background gives me a deep understanding of discipline, structure, and resilience, while my personal struggles with anxiety and panic give me the empathy and insight to truly connect with my clients.
